These adjustable hinges for Semco swing doors sold separately. This is the Guide hinge and on a door with (3) hinges there is always (2) of these hinges on the door, the top & bottom hinge. These adjust the door horizontally. Hinges have changed a little over the years but they will still fit your Semco door as long as you currently have adjustable hinges on your door. If your Semco door is newer than May of 2011 you would only have to purchase the hinges you need, however if you door was manufactured prior to May of 2011 you would have to replace all three hinges (meaning you would need (2) guide hinges and (1) set hinge). NOTE: SCREWS NOT INCLUDED. Usually ships in 3-4 weeks. Certain colors may take longer. Special order No returns
