This is the sash for ONLY if you have grill bars affixed to the exterior and the interior of your widow
Marvin is no longer supporting the casemaster series casement that was manufactured from 1985 to 2008.
We offer a replacement sash that fits into the Marvin casemaster frame.
- Replacement sash come complete Wood or Heavy .050 extruded aluminum clad exterior /interior pine/glass/and weather strip on top and two sides. (see illustration above). NOTE: Color options are painted to AAMA 2605 performance requirements
- Does not come with hardware, use existing hardware that must be moved to new sash.
- You will choose your standard size based on the exterior sash size shown above. Sash tolerance is with in .01875 (3/16)
- Choose from three different glass options.
- Add grilles between the glass if you wish.
- Option of interior face to be pre primed for painting or raw pine for staining.
- Option for tempered safety glass
- Eight clad colors offered. Custom colors offered for an upcharge on 20 or more sash

- While these are manufactured to fit into the Marvin openings, they are not an exact match. (Please see comparison illustration above)

When choosing sash size above it has the original Marvin exterior sash and glass sizes shown for comparison and ease of ordering. This is done so the consumer can compare and choose the correct size. As the new replacement sash are manufactured differently, the replacement sash will have slightly different sizing when they arrive to consumer but will fit the same opening.
- These are manufactured to order and non-returnable.
- Site lines on glass are not exact. If you have more than one unit mulled together you may want to switch out all if them especially if you have any type of grille work on sash (see illustration above showing that. new replacement sash will have about .250'' of more visible glass). We suggest if you have simulated divided light or grille in the air space on units that tight mulled together that you replace all if you want horizontal site lines to match.
- The SDL Bars offered are offered in similar bar withs but profiles are not the same as the old Marvin.
