Compatibility: Hurd filed for bankruptcy in 2014 and is no longer operating. We offer an aftermarket replacement sash designed specifically to fit existing Hurd casement window frames.

Included Components: Complete sash assembly including aluminum-clad exterior, pine wood interior, insulated glass unit, and top/side weatherstripping.

Hardware: Hardware is not included. You must reuse and transfer your existing operating hardware to the new sash.

Sizing: Select your standard size based on the visible glass dimensions or Outside Sash Measurements (OSM). Sashes are sold per individual unit, regardless of whether your window is a 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, or 6-wide casement configuration.

Options: Choose from 3 glass types, optional grilles-between-glass (GBG), tempered safety glass, and 15 exterior clad colors (custom colors available for orders of 20+ sashes).

Interior Finish: Available in raw pine (for jobsite staining) or pre-primed (for jobsite painting).

Shipping: Fixed crate, handling, and shipping fee of $165.00 per sash.
Special Notes & Requirements

Non-Identical Match: While engineered to fit into original Hurd openings, these replacement sashes are manufactured by an aftermarket vendor and are not an exact identical match to the originals.

Made to Order: All sashes are custom-built to order and are strictly non-returnable.

Existing Grilles: Original removable wood grilles will not fit these new sashes. If required, new grilles must be reordered.

Simulated Divided Lights (SDL): Grilles affixed to the interior and exterior glass surfaces require a custom quote.

Color Matching: We strongly recommend purchasing a color chip sample card (search "color palette") to verify cladding matches before placing an order.
