Replacement sash (SIMULATED DIVIDED LIGHT)only to fit Scherer Far North WIndows

Product Description

This is the sash for you ONLY IF you have SDL (simulated divided light) which is grille bars affixed to the exterior and the interior of your widow 

 CURRENT LEAD TIME FOR THIS ITEM IS 10-11 WEEKS

We offer a replacement sash that fits into the Scherer Far North Casement frame. While these sash and SDL bars are similaer they are not the exact same esthetically as the Far North. 

IMPORTANT INFORMATION BELOW:

1. Replacement sash come complete Wood or Heavy .050 extruded aluminum clad exterior /interior pine/glass/and weather strip on top and two sides. (see illustration above).  NOTE: Color options are painted to AAMA 2605 performance requirements
2. Does not come with hardware, use existing hardware that must be moved to new sash. You will have to measure, mark, and move hardware from existing to new sash
3. You will choose your standard size based on the sash size shown above.
4. Choose from three different glass options.
5. Add grilles between the glass if you wish.
6. Option of interior face to be pre primed for painting or raw pine for staining.
7. Option for tempered safety glass
8. Eight clad colors offered. Custom colors offered for an upcharge on 20 or more sash
9. Sash come with weather strip on head and two sides. It's no longer on the bottom so that any moisture can weep out 

 YOU NEED TO KNOW! 

1. While these are manufactured to fit into the Scherer Far Nort openings, they are not an exact match. (Please see comparison illustration above).  

2. When choosing the correct sash size above it shows from left to right the original Far North exterior sash "call out" size , then the glass sizes shown , and finialy and most important is the exterior sash size. Exterior sash size is the important comparrison. This is done so the consumer can compare and choose the correct size. As the new replacement sash are manufactured differently, the replacement sash will have slightly different sizing when they arrive to consumer but will fit the same opening.

3. When choosing sash size above it has the original Far North exterior sash and glass sizes for ordering purpose. this is done so consumer can choose the correct size. as replacement sash are manufacture differently the new  replacement sash will have slightly different sizing, nothing to be alarmed about.
4. These are manufactured to order and non-returnable.
5. We strongly suggest you order new adjustable hinge and track kits for each sash as it makes it easier for final adjustments. 
6. We suggest if not handy that you hire a professional to install. Please go to our video section to see this Marvin sash installation. Hardware location is critical.
7. If you have a wood removable grille it will not fit into new replacement sash. Removable grilles are no longer available.
