Replacement sash only for Lincoln casement windows manufactured from 1985 to Present. (Price is per sash).
Each sash comes complete with a sealed glass unit, pine interior frame, clad exterior, and weatherstripping on the top and two sides (no bottom weatherstrip needed by design).
Installation requires only a Phillips screwdriver using your existing hardware. ( No hardware shipped)
Please verify all specifications before ordering. These sash units are custom-built to your selected sizes and options and cannot be returned.
All sashes ship "With Simulated Divided Light (SDL), one grille is permanently affixed to the interior glass and another to the exterior glass, with the option to include or omit an internal spacer grid between the panes." For custom options—such as custom grille patterns please request a custom quote using our Contact Us page.
All measurements are based on the visible glass size of your window. Please review all illustrative diagrams on this page before making your selections.
Required Selections Before Adding to Cart

Visible Glass Width & Height: Select measurements (always list Width first, then Height).

Year & Style of Sash: Select your sash style and manufacturing year range (refer to the illustration above).

Sash Series: Confirm your series by measuring the visible glass width plus the sash frame width (refer to the illustration above).

Hinging / Operation: Select hinged left, hinged right (as viewed from the outside), or fixed/stationary (refer to the illustration above).

Exterior Sash Material: Select Aluminum Clad, Vinyl Clad, or All-Wood. (Any exterior material style can be paired with your existing window frame).

Exterior Color: Select your cladding or vinyl color (Wood exterior offers a single standard finish).

Glass Type: Select your preferred insulated glass package (Click Here to view glass options).

Grilles-Between-the-Glass (GBG): Select optional internal grilles, pattern style, and grid layout (Width Boxes × Height Boxes). Grilles match your exterior cladding color (or standard white on primed units). For Simulated Divided Lite (SDL) or True Divided Lite (TDL), contact us for custom pricing.

Safety Glass: Select standard annealed glass or tempered safety glass (tempered glass is typically required near floors, doors, stair landings, or tubs according to local building codes).

Interior Finish: Select Unfinished Raw Pine (for staining) or Pre-Primed Pine (for painting).
Note: For multi-lite casement assemblies (1, 2, 3, 4, 5, or 6-wide frame units), simply order the individual replacement sash needed for your specific opening.
