Important Ordering & Design Details
- Style & Profile Matching: The grille surround profiles and bar designs shown are the only styles we offer. If our profile does not exactly match your existing ones, we recommend ordering grilles for all windows in close proximity to ensure a uniform look.
- Sold Individually: Grilles are priced and sold per sash/panel. For example, a double-hung window requires two grilles (one for the top sash, one for the bottom). Sliding doors are ordered per individual door panel.
- Material Options: Available in either unfinished raw pine or pre-primed pine (ready for paint).
Production & Return Policy
⚠️ Please double-check all measurements and selections before submitting. Because every grille is custom manufactured to your exact specifications, orders cannot be changed, canceled, or returned once production begins.
- Lead Time: Custom grilles take 7–8 weeks to manufacture. We appreciate your patience while we craft your custom order.
- Prairie Style Restriction: Please note that Prairie-style grilles are not available in the KD (knocked-down / unassembled) option.
- Crating/packaging/shipping: as we can many times ship more than one item in a crate, please reach out for price breaks on multiple grille orders
