Secondary sash lock is for older tandem style casement manufactured 1985 to 2005 that used the tie bar option to grab to (or secondary sash lock). Comes with lock and lock keeper (keeper is attached to sash and is handed). Note: This is for the secondary sash lock only, bottom primary lock or tie bar not included. If one of the locks is bad you need to replace both the primary and the secondary locks as mechanics inside locks has changed, you can however reuse the tie bar. No screws shipped (reuse existing screws) Sash lock is universal and is used for left or right handed units. You must however choose left or right hand operation so correct keeper is shipped for sash. All handing viewed from outside exterior looking into window. choose color options below.
