This replacement sash kit (WITH CLEAR GLASS , OR OPTION OF GRILLES INBETWEEN THE GLASS) Monarch has close its doors and no longer manufactures windows. GoWindowGo offers a replacement double hung kit manufactured to fit into the existing Monarch frame so the complete window does not have to be torn out. Kits come complete with both top and bottom sash , new easy tilt jamb liner/balances, new tilt pines, and locking and tilting hardware. These units are made to go into existing Monarch standard size opening. These windows are based off the visible glass width and height, when measuring the windows visible glass width first and then height. You will note that when choosing sizes above the monarch glass width and height is shown as well as the sash opening. Sash come complete sealed glass unit installed into raw unfinished pine sash. You must choose all options below. Please know what you are ordering, these are manufactured to size and options based on the choices you make online and can not be returned. While these are not identical profiles to the old Monarch unit they are similar with extruded clad exterior, easy tilt drop latches and recessed sash locks. (note that due to the design of the new easy tilt sash the new sash are not the exact size as the current sash. This is designed for the easy tilt feature.
Note: if you have wood removable grilles of any type in your existing units they "WILL NOT WORK" in the new style easy tilt sash

1. Visible glass width & height: Example: 2024 sash has equal unit visible glass of 19 3/16'' wide x 23 3/16'' high on both bottom & top sash sash
2. Hardware color: Choose tilt latch and lock color
3. sash exterior: Choose the exterior. It will either be Aluminum cladded or all wood.
4. Sash color: Exterior color of sash
5. Liner color: Choose vinyl jamb liner color (white or beige)
6. Glass: Choose type of glass you want
7. Interior Finish: Choose if you want your sash raw wood or pre primed for painting
