Replacement sash only for Lincoln casements manufactured from 1985 to Present. (Price is per each sash). Sash comes complete with sealed glass unit and pine interior frame, clad exterior and weather strip on the two sides and top (no weather strip need along bottom, That is by design.) Use your existing hardware, only Phillips screwdriver is needed for installation. Please know what you are ordering, these are manufactured to size and options based on the choices you make online and can not be returned. All sash shipped with standard clear glass or standard grilles in between the glass. Any other options such custom grilles in-between glass or simulated divided light would need a custom quote. If custom quote needed please contact us via the "contact us" option on the web site. Remember all measurements based on visible glass size of window. (MUST VIEW ALL ILLUSTRATIONS TO MAKE CHOICES)
You will have to answer these questions below before you can put into shopping cart
1. Choose visible glass width & height: (Always width first than height)
2. Choose year & style of sash: Choose the style and year for preparation of sash (see illustration above to help choose)
3. Choose sash series: Choose what year your sash is by measuring visible glass plus sash frame width (see illustration above to help choose)
4. Choose hinging: is you unit hinged from left or right (as viewed from outside) or is it fixed (stationary) (see illustration above to help choose)
5. Exterior sash material: do you want aluminum clad exterior?, vinyl clad exterior? or all wood exterior? you can mix any style with existing frame
6. Choose exterior color: choose clad or vinyl exterior color. only one choice with the wood
7. Choose glass type: Choose type of glass you want Click Here to see different glass options (insulated glass comes standard)
8. Choose grille in air space: Choose if you would like grilles in between the glass, these grilles come same color as exterior cladding unless choose this primed sash than they will come standard white. Also choosing pattern and style (see illustration above to help choose) NOTE: these are grilles in between the glass. choose pattern (illustration example above for grille patterns/styles). Always choose grilles by (boxes wide x boxes high) if you are looking for a true divided light or a simulated divided light please contact us for special pricing.
9. Safety glass: Choose if you want tempered safety glass or not. Usually only need this if your close to floor, door stair landing or tube. Check local codes in your area
10. Choose Interior Finish: Choose if you want your sash raw pine wood for future staining or pre primed for future painting
NOTE: does not matter if you have a 1,2,3,4,5 or 6 wide casement you just choose the individual sash that you need for that opening
